Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. No international shipping thus far.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid discrepancies. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Small-Batch Fulfillment and Substitutions
As we craft our sauces in small, artisanal batches to ensure maximum freshness, flavor availability may vary. In the rare event that Medium is out of stock, your order will be fulfilled with Mild to ensure no delivery delays.
