We do not accept returns on any of our products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds are available only if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you accordingly.
Substitutions made in accordance with our Shipping Policy are not eligible for return.
